At Madeira, each piece is carefully handcrafted and personalized with great attention to detail. We take pride in delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been confirmed and processed.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

• Minor variations in color, embroidery placement, or design may occur and are part of the handmade process.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
